Purpose of the Job:
The purpose of this position is to drive the early sales sign-ups and growth of revenue with e-tailers for the Aramex SMART business. This position also serves as the Aramex SMART pre-sales and post-sales expert supporting the global Aramex regions and sales teams for closing deals and supporting key account queries on Aramex SMART

Job Responsibilities:

  • Sales Development - Sales pitch sessions (virtual and in person) with e-tailer customers to present Aramex SMART value proposition, solution demo and take to contract closure.
  • Sales Development - Manage and grow the sales pipeline for Aramex SMART directly acquired prospects and through Aramex sales teams. 
  • Contract & Commercial – Contact Management, agreements and commercial discussions with e-tailers.
  • Contract & Commercial – Contact Management, agreements and commercial discussions with etailers
  • Account Management - Raise key customer challenges and requirements with Aramex SMART product teams and business owner and be the voice of e-tailers to Aramex SMART organization. Similarly, raise business and performance challenges with etailers.  
  • Business Development - Find new ways and partnerships to grow Aramex SMART sales pipeline and accelerate e-tailer sign-ups
  • Account Management - Manage revenue tracking and find ways to grow business volumes with existing Aramex SMART customers

Job Requirements (Experience and Education): 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. Master’s Degree is a plus. 
  • 8-10 years of experience with at least 5 years of sales experience selling within the e-commerce industry and to e-tailers.
  • Experienced in leading sales together with various internal stakeholder like technology, product management, operations, legal and finance to sign on key customers and drive sales and partnership engagements from prospecting to launch 
  • Contract Management skills to support closure of agreements and commercials with customers
  • Ability to understand product benefits and capabilities and turn them into customer value proposition statements as part of the sales pitch with excellent presentation skills in Arabic and English 
  • Account management and relationship management skills to support ongoing business and post launch business tracking, plan joint campaigns with key customers  
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic is required
