The B2B Content Manager will…

  • Work with the Global Marketing Director to deliver an effective content marketing strategy and editorial plan to meet Aramex commercial growth objectives
  • Key content requirements include SEO understanding, content categorization, aggregation and structure, content development, distribution and measurement
  • Manage content production and 3rd party content development and curation
  • Development of editorial governance so content is consistent with brand voice, style and tone
  • Channel management of digital content hubs and all supporting social channels including communications distribution via Pardot (Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
  • Measurement and optimization of the content program will be required on a regular and ongoing basis
  • Integration of content programs with brand campaigns to drive brand demand
  • Executive presentations on the program approaches and results will be required

 

Content Marketing Calendar Management

  • Manage the 52-week global B2B communications calendar
    • Editorial calendar and organization workflows must be developed and managed
  • Content Promotion - Driving people to our content and driving our content to people
    • POSITIONING Aramex as a leading expert in logistics.
    • ENGAGE - Encourage Aramex audience to consult with us
    • INTEREST - Generate new leads by asking people to engage with Aramex on issues that are important to them
    • NURTURING - Progress existing leads, moving them along the marketing funnel until they’re sales-ready

Internal Communications:

  • Manage channels to ensure an effective flow of information between all departments  
  • A point person for all Marketing Managers, including HQ in terms of Marketing campaigns and global Marketing initiatives that are/will be running
  • Liaise directly with the Global Marketing Director for approval on all campaigns, creative and copy

  • Deliver engaging content on a regular basis and inspire team members
  • Are a communications specialist with an editorial mindset, creating the relevant content to optimize the path to conversion
  • Understand the best practices of the main digital and social media channels, which content and approaches work on each and why
  • Collaborate with design and writing teams to produce high-quality content
  • Have the expertise to be accountable for all content marketing initiatives to drive traffic, engagement, leads, that deliver sales and customer retention
  • A good understanding around video production

 

Experience required

  • +5 Years’ experience in a B2B Content Role
  • Degree in Marketing, Digital technologies, Copywriting, Creative or similar relevant field preferred
  • Experience with at least 1 Marketing Automation Platform (Pardot, Hubspot)
