The Technical Solution Manager is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of technology solutions that meet the business requirements of clients or the organization. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders, including clients, project managers, developers, and other technical teams, to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.

Design and propose comprehensive technical solutions that meet client needs. 
Develop high-level and detailed technical requirements and documentation. 
Manage solution delivery to ensure seamless implementation and operation of solutions across the organization. 
Oversee the implementation of technical solutions from conception to completion. 
Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet project objectives. 
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. 
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices. 
Ensure the system stays available with no issues. 

Engage actively with business and operational decision-makers, vendors, solution providers, and end users to understand and address their needs and requirements. 
Communicate solution overviews for both technical and business leadership to ensure alignment with business needs and expectations. 
Collaborate with BA team to validate and verify business requirements. 
Collaborate with shared services teams to understand customer needs and preferences and provide actionable recommendations for improving customer experience. 
Provide feedback and recommendations for future projects based on lessons learned. 

Coordinate with project managers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. 
Lead and mentor a team of AMS to provide full system support activities. 
Ensure the team adheres to best practices and industry standards. 
Foster a collaborative and productive team environment. 

Job Requirements - Experience and Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. 
9+ years of experience in a technical role. 
At least 2 years in a leadership or managerial position. 
Proficiency in relevant programming languages and technologies. 
Strong understanding of software development methodologies and lifecycle (SDLC). 
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. 
Support systems implementations when needed.
