To strategically manage and oversee on-premises data centers and cloud infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and security. This includes network design, security compliance, disaster recovery planning, facility management, cost optimization, inter-cloud connectivity, and automated provisioning. Job Description

Customer:

• Provide exceptional technical support for infrastructure-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to customer operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner, prioritizing customer impact and satisfaction.

Collaboration and Communication

• Collaborate effectively with other IT teams (e.g., security, software development) to ensure infrastructure supports all aspects of the platform, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Job Requirements - Experience and Education

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
2. 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management.
3. Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
4. Proficiency in virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
5. Experience with network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls).
6. Familiarity with security best practices and compliance standards.
7. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
8. Strong communication and project management skills.
9. Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator) are a plus.
10. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving.
