Job Description

• Analyze current warehouse and last mile operations to identify inefficiencies and implement strategies for improvement in productivity and workflow.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices related to inventory management, receiving, storage, and dispatching of shipments.
• Work closely with logistics, commercial, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and efficient operations across departments.
• Collect and analyze operational data related to warehouse performance, inventory accuracy, and order fulfillment to provide actionable insights to management.
• Provide training and support to warehouse staff on new processes, technologies, and safety procedures to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
• Monitor warehouse and last mile operations to ensure adherence to safety, compliance, and quality standards, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Assist in managing inventory levels, conducting regular audits, and ensuring accurate reporting and tracking of inventory movement.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement within warehouse and last mile operations, including the adoption of new technologies and methodologies.
• Address operational challenges, provide solutions, and ensure effective communication of changes to relevant stakeholders.
• Support the evaluation and management of warehouse vendors and equipment to optimize performance and cost-effectiveness.
