Purpose of the Job

To support the business through data analysis, reporting and performance monitoring, helping identify trends, improve processes and support business decisions.

The role will involve working closely with internal teams to provide accurate reporting, identify opportunities for improvement and support ongoing projects.

Job Description

• Collect, analyse and interpret business and operational data.
• Prepare and maintain regular reports, dashboards and performance summaries.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), shipment volumes and service levels.
• Support forecasting activities and analyse actual performance against targets.
• Identify trends, discrepancies and opportunities for improvement.
• Assist with reviewing and improving existing business processes.
• Work with internal stakeholders to understand reporting and analytical requirements.
• Support ongoing projects, system improvements and business initiatives.
• Present findings and recommendations in a clear and understandable format.
• Ensure data accuracy and timely delivery of reports.

Job Requirements - Experience and Education

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables and lookups.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn new systems, tools and processes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience, including internships or graduate placements.
• A relevant degree or equivalent practical experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Suitable for recent graduates or individuals looking to develop a career in business analysis.
