Regain inactive and stopped customers and ensure maintaining and growing them through telesales

 

  • Develop and maintain effective relationship with the customers
  • Constantly create revenue generating channels from Cross Selling and Upselling streams to these customers
  •  Drive customers to use cost effective services channels and increase use of automation
  • Increase cross selling and up-selling opportunities
  • Analyse customers performance to increase growth and production
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve its objectives and targets
