Air Freight Business Development Manager

Casablanca, Morocco

PURPOSE:

To provide customer management teams with best solutions that can increase the product revenues and profits at the same time enhance product operations service, efficiency and reduce direct and indirect costs

  

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and maintain effective relationship with the VIP customers especially with decision makers
  • Assist CMTs on all sales and/or shipments that would require a subject matter expert
  •  Provide freight solutions to customers to cater to their needs and requirements in line with company capabilities and infrastructure
  •  Support the CMTs to meet their freight target
  • Set KPIs and conduct appraisal for direct repots

  • Coordinate with the concerned Regional/Global Product Managers on all operational changes and updates needed

  • Attend related product exhibitions to identify and capture potential business opportunities and leads 

  •  Initiate and Implement Freight SOPs across the station

  • Participate in setting the CMT product targets to ensure that the total teams targets are higher or equal to the station target

  •  Agree with the direct manager on the product sales and pricing strategy 

  • Directly responsible for the country air freight product
