Undeliverables Agent

Location -Cape Town  ,South Africa (ZA)

Key Responsibilities
 Ensure that all notes for undeliverable parcels are recorded on the system
 Communicate all problem parcels to CSD, BDM’s and Branches
 Monitor your responsible branches and agents for undelivered parcels and
    communicate this to the relevant branches of agents
 Communicate queries with the clients
 Resolve the query within 24 hours
 Ensure that the parcels are scanned out to the correct address
 Ensure that the delivery and manifesting procedure is followed at all times
 Ensure that the POD procedure is followed at all times
 All queries must be resolved via GLOBAL CASE SYSTEM

Minimum Requirements
 Minimum requirement is a Matric (Grade 12)
 1-year customer service experience
 Must have at least 1-year experience in the Logistics Industry
 Strong communication skills – Excellent command of the English language
