Key Responsibilities
Ensure that all notes for undeliverable parcels are recorded on the system
Communicate all problem parcels to CSD, BDM’s and Branches
Monitor your responsible branches and agents for undelivered parcels and
communicate this to the relevant branches of agents
Communicate queries with the clients
Resolve the query within 24 hours
Ensure that the parcels are scanned out to the correct address
Ensure that the delivery and manifesting procedure is followed at all times
Ensure that the POD procedure is followed at all times
All queries must be resolved via GLOBAL CASE SYSTEM
Minimum Requirements
Minimum requirement is a Matric (Grade 12)
1-year customer service experience
Must have at least 1-year experience in the Logistics Industry
Strong communication skills – Excellent command of the English language
