The Marketing Manager will…

  • Lead on the development of the Marketing & Digital strategy for Aramex Sub Sahara Africa, both for B2B and B2C.
  • Define a roadmap of strategic Partnerships to help achieve the business goals
  • Work with business owner, product managers, Head of digital marketing & CMO to define key objectives, targets & KPI’s to reach
  • Stay up to date with the latest technology, trends and best practices
  • Manage and oversee different digital marketing channels (MarComms / CRM, Paid Performance, Social and Analytics)
  • Reporting: Present and share ideas, results and gaps analyses across teams.
  • Manage / Oversee all social activity on all channels.
  • Track SEO and Google Analytics data and make complex analysis 
  • Build an inbound & outbound marketing plan together with the Group Marketing Director.  
  • Design, prioritise and execute specific ABM campaigns in various verticals
  • Research competition, investigate benchmarks and provide suggestions for improvement
  • Partnerships: Engage with local ecosystem to create joint partnering opportunities to expand and promote Aramex
  • Analytical Master: Monitor, adjust and report using data, presenting back to leadership through visualization and insights.
  • Roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty.
  • Manage on a very tight budget.

  • Drive sign ups, leads, engagement & repurchase
  • Initiate partnerships
  • Oversee on-going delivery of paid media and CRM campaigns globally
  • Regularly re-visit our on-going communication strategy
  • Give strategic input during prep phase of campaigns
  • Drive forward A/B & multivariate testing on web, MarComms & paid media
  • Support wider team with data and insights
  • Recommendations to product team for enhancements and feature design to drive growth

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with SEO, Google Analytics, Social, CRM, partnerships
  • B2B & B2C experience crucial (Focus on ABM)
  • Very analytical

Required

  • Degree in Marketing, Digital technologies or similar relevant field
  • 4+ years of experience as a B2B & B2C Marketing Manager with a strong focus on digital
  • Proven ABM Success (Very important)
  • Fluent in English  (Reading & writing)

 

Bonus:

Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience, Pardot experience, Tableau experience

Experience in Ecommerce, Oil & Gas (Energy), Automotive, Healthcare, Agriculture, Freight, Logistics.

Strong B2B focus
