Job Description

  • Create concepts and finished artwork for items including: digi banners, eDMs, brochures, flyers, exhibition material, social media graphics, power point presentations.
  • Develop creative concepts for campaigns, promotions, and events.
  • Develop illustrations, logos and other design output using relevant software.
  • Apply the Aramex Brand Guidelines to all work produced.
  • Take direction from briefs supplied from the Brand & Design Manager daily, taking care to deliver requirements that meet the brief.
  • Collaborate with the Brand Design Manager, various members of the Marketing Team and copywriter to produce final design.
  • Ensure all output is on-brand, meets Brand Guideline requirements and is of the highest quality.

Job Requirements - Experience and Education

  • 5+ years’ experience as a Senior Designer
  • The ability to accept constructive criticism in your stride.
  • A degree in Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or related field (this is a bonus, not essential)
  • Extensive graphic design experience in both print and digital
  • A strong portfolio that displays a high level of typesetting skills, layout design and visual identity
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to work methodically and quickly to meet deadlines that are often out of your control.
  • Good time management and organisation, particularly as you will only meet with your line manager once per day to receive a daily brief.
  • The aptitude to collaborate and be part of a team based in Australia, while being located in the Aramex SA office.
