Purpose of the Job
The HR Director for the MENAT region will strategically lead the human resources function to drive organizational growth, employee engagement, and talent development. This role is pivotal in shaping the organization's HR strategy to support long-term business objectives and foster a positive and engaging workplace culture.
Job Description
- Develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy that aligns with the organization's long-term objectives and enhances employee engagement and organizational performance.
- Design and execute initiatives to boost employee engagement, including recognition programs, employee surveys, and feedback mechanisms to ensure a motivated and committed workforce.
- Lead initiatives for talent development and learning, including designing and implementing training programs, career development plans, and succession planning to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce. Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- Implement and manage performance management systems to ensure employees are aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
- Design and oversee competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain talent while ensuring alignment with organizational budget and goals.
- Develop and maintain positive employee relations, addressing employee concerns and fostering a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture.
- Establish and maintain HR policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives to create a diverse and inclusive workplace that reflects the organization's values and enhances innovation and performance.
- Leverage HR technology and systems to streamline HR processes and enhance data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to align HR strategies with business objectives and support strategic decision-making.
- Work with global Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to ensure alignment with the global HR strategy and best practices.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of HR initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the HR function to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and value to the organization.
Job Requirements - Experience and Education
- MBA or master’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- 15+ years of experience in senior HR roles within multinational organizations.
- Proven expertise in strategic HR management, talent acquisition, and employee development.
- Strong understanding of performance management, compensation, and benefits.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proven track record as a result-oriented, metrics-driven leader with extensive experience in HR management and strategy.
