Operations Supervisor( Strategic Accounts Process Improvement )

Location-Cairo  ,Egypt (EG)

  • Monitor and follow on the SOPs for the strategic Customer(s).
  • Observe and analysis the current operation process on the ground related to the Strategic Customer(s).
  • Leverage customer satisfaction through on time settlement of their requirement.
  • Reporting any information related to the Strategic Customer(s), that might impact the company image, brand and function.
  • Facilitate the flow of information Horizontal and Vertical for the Strategic Customer(s).
  • Meet the concerned personnel to identify current Process related to strategic Customer(s).
  • Execute on the ground, pilot , roll out and monitor the implementation for the Strategic Customer(s) SOPs.


Job Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience (Operations Experience preferably)
  • English & Arabic languages Fluency are a must
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Innovative Person
  • Customer Oriented
  • High Analytical skills
  • Microsoft Office (Excel , Power point ... )professional user
