Purpose of the Job

Job Description

  • Following the daily, Weekly, Monthly plans for the soft-services activities (HK, Pest Control & Landscape).
  • Preparing the required documents for the internal and external audits.
  • Ability to learn always the latest updated in the field of the soft services.
  • Ensure, in cooperation with the team, compliance with safety regulations and record-keeping of activities performed
  • Following Aramex standards and focus on the quality of the implemented works.
  • Be prepared to work shifts and under pressure according to the business needs.
  • Support to complete the vendor’s daily tasks according to SOPs.
  • Support FM leader in collecting the Daily, weekly and monthly reports.
  • Support FM leader in developing solutions to difficult problems and be on call for emergencies.
  • Support FM leader in the performance evaluation of the soft services vendors
  • Handle the daily activities, meet deadlines and develop plans on how to achieve departmental and goals.
  • Ensuring that all safety instructions and procedures are followed.
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships across all levels in the organization.

Job Requirements - Experience and Education

  • Educational background (Engineering or High institute)
  • Good knowledge of English language
  • 3 years’ experience, minimum 2 years of experience in the soft services field “HK, Pest Control & Landscape “.
  • Experience with the working in the warehouses (Is preferred)
  • Experience of using MS office program
  • Ability to create all kinds of reports
  • Ability to deal with the vendors
  • Knowledge of safety rules and standards
  • Able to work under pressure in a cross functional organization.
  • Able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Pro-Active and able always to think out of the box to find new ideas.
  • Car license: Preferred

  • Work Location: 6th of October Industrial zone and to rotate as per business need between aramex offices.
