About the Role
Aramex New Zealand has an outstanding opportunity for an experienced and driven Business Development Manager based in Palmerston North. This role is ideal for someone who is pragmatic, capable, and able to create and convert a pipeline. The successful candidate will understand strategy and be able to drive growth, with a significant focus on new business development.
Key responsibilities include:

Prospecting and converting new business leads

Achieving weekly sales targets and contributing to regional growth goals

Collaborating with Courier Franchisees and internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding

Maintaining a strong pipeline and reporting weekly on sales activity and market trends

Attending industry events and networking forums to build Aramex’s market presence
To be successful in this role:

You’ll have proven B2B sales experience, ideally within logistics, courier, or transport sectors

You’re results-driven with exceptional communication and negotiation skills

You’re self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously across a wide territory

You thrive in a collaborative environment and can build relationships across internal and external stakeholders

You hold a valid driver’s licence and are willing to travel regularly within the designated region
