  • Provide information to business unites about their performance
  • Review Customer Processes regularly
  • Set the criteria of Top Sales Performer Award
  • Prepare regular reports to management on segments’ performance, growth, opportunities and customer migration
  • Share the campaigns results with sales manager/country manager
  • Send the visitations coverage to sales teams (on monthly/ quarterly basis)
  • Conduct studies demand by different customer segments
  • Send visits and calls reports to the sales teams on daily basis
  • Send communications report to sales team on daily basis
  • Send opportunities report to sales team on daily basis
  • Send freight and clearance report to sales team on daily basis
  • Approve new accounts over the system
  • Maintain proper placement of customers in their proper segments
  • Review and maintain customer segmentation
  • Review and update customers data integration correctly
  • Drive and monitor customer growth through monitoring customer productions and leads
  • Prepare MPR ( monthly Production Report) and share it with management and CMTs
  • Share the monthly performance of each team member with sales team
  • Adhere to company HSSE, compliance and sustainability corporate policies
