Purpose of the Job

Aramex is seeking a motivated and results-driven Senior Field Sales Executive to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients and managing relationships with existing customers in the logistics and transportation sector. The ideal candidate will possess excellent sales skills, a deep understanding of market dynamics, and the ability to develop effective sales strategies.

Job Description

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Aramex’s client base within the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and customer service, to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management on sales activities, forecasts, and market insights.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to represent Aramex and promote our services.
     

Job Requirements - Experience and Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in field sales, preferably within the logistics and transportation industry. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software.
