Spot Operations Analyst

Key Responsibilities:



  • Generating daily, weekly and monthly reports summarizing spots operations performance.
  • Maintaining healthy spot supply status in terms of quantity and quality across active regions through performance management.
  • Support Spot Ops Associate in building action plans and tracking the progress by coordinating between team members.
  • Track and report the Spot supply status using relevant project management tools.
  • Taking active measures to improve spot supply retention across region.
  • Managing and designing report templates.
  • Conducting market research on regions that spot will operate in in the future.
  • Support in planning and reporting the launch process in new countries.
  • Planning the spot supply needed to achieve full efficiency in the future, in terms of quantity and location.
  • Keeping up to date with the spots’ performance and driving action accordingly.
  • Deriving and tracking multiple metrics that focus spot ops team efforts on process improvement.
  • Interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports, in addition to providing the team with data driven insights and action plans.
  • Supporting LMI Operations with relevant data to improve on-ground operations and performance.
  • Keeping track of all scheduling channels that consignees use, analyzing the data and takin action to drive more scheduling.
  • Creating Heat maps for spot locations in order to visualize the areas covered and new areas to open in.
  • Staying up to date with latest technologies and innovations in the supply chain industry, in addition to keeping up with potential competition.
  • Supporting other functions in parallel with regular duties.


Job Requirements

  • Expert in Microsoft Excel.
  • Team skills, including the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships both internally and externally.

  • Ability to analyze and solve problems efficiently.

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Logistics  or any related field
