Purpose of the Job

End to End Transit Time improvement across Aramex Network for multiple product layers being offered to Aramex Customers

Defining Service Levels per product.

Develop and enhance transit time calculation systems.

Job Responsibilities  

End to end transit time improvement and product differentiation

Working with all operations managers on improving and maintaining the transit time for top lanes and customers.

Defining service levels per product and customers’ preferences.

Continuous Reporting and Monitoring on Stations’ performance of meeting the agreed Service Levels.

Working with Digital and BIE Team on existing or potential Automated tools for smarter reporting and Transit Time Calculation.

Excel skills are required.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s in industrial engineering or logistics.

0 - 2 Years of experience in the same field

Excellent command of English.

Excellent knowledge in Microsoft office.

Analytical and problem-solving Skills.

Team spirit.
