Purpose of the Job
Job Description
- Daily follow-up and support to the Middle-Mile KPIs operational excellence, leveraging systems and processes to maximize the operations' efficiency and productivity.
- Statistical/Analytical skills to study Data, analyze trends, and go into KPIs.
- Analyze data on actual performance against target and provide action plan to solve problems and improve processes.
- Perform audits and follow ups on all Ground Operations actions to ensure they work according to standards and that a high level of performance and productivity is maintained.
- Have an interest in researching new technologies, tools to improve operational performance
- Working within aramex global support office overseeing and supporting Aramex stations to achieve service excellence based on Aramex standard procedure.
- Work side by side with the digital transformation team to align the Middle-mile digital transformation plan with all network stations.
- Prepare and arrange system training sessions and ensure ground operations resources have the needed knowledge to perform their work.
- Being able to manage projects that involve multiple teams, departments, stakeholders.
- Background in data visualization using BI tools.
Job Requirements - Experience and Education
- Bachelor’s in industrial engineering.
- 1 - 3 Years of experience.
- Excellent command of English.
- Excellent knowledge in Microsoft office.
- Analytical and problem-solving Skills.
