  Internal Job Description Required. <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>< p>&nbsp;</p>< ul> <li>Lead and manage corporate CRM initiatives and objectives.</li> <li>Evaluate sales processes and perform collaboratively with account managers, GM and Commercial team.</li> <li>Set / Assist in setting sales targets with local management and monitor CMT performance against set targets on GTM, Vertical &amp; Product level.</li> <li>Set / Assist in setting sales bonus parameters with local management and regularly calculate bonus.</li> <li>Conduct continuous and frequent data analysis and study for the station&rsquo;s commercial performance &amp; Resource allocation.</li> <li>Ensure Customer Data integrity on the system.</li> <li>Manage standardized offers templates and update on CRM when required.</li> <li>Manage campaigns and promotions to increase sales production.</li> <li>Maintain and update annually all standard company library.</li> <li>Compiling sales leads, delegating leads to the sales department, and providing sales data and guides to the sales department.</li>< /ul>< p>&nbsp;</p>< p><strong>Job Requirements:</strong><br />& nbsp;</p>< ul> <li>Business Planning and Management.</li> <li>Customer Focus and Relationship Building.</li> <li>Good communication and Presentation skills.</li> <li>Excellent command of English.</li> <li>Good Microsoft office skills.</li> <li>Bachelors in Economics, Business, engineering or relevant.</li>< /ul>
