SNS Product Development Executive

Purpose of the Job

To support Shop and Ship commercial teams globally to enhance service and develop the product

Job Description

  1. Market Analysis & Strategy Development:
    • Conduct in-depth market research to analyze trends, customer preferences, and emerging opportunities.
    • Benchmark competitors’ pricing, services, and unique selling propositions to identify areas for improvement and differentiation.
  2. Collaborative Campaign Execution:
    • Establish partnerships to launch impactful local and global campaigns.
  3. Project Management & Implementation:
    • Collaborate with IT, Operations, and Customer Service teams to oversee the successful rollout of new projects in global markets.
  4. Platform Management & Performance Reporting:
    • Manage S&S platforms, ensuring they meet strategic goals and deliver optimal performance.
    • Prepare regular reports to assess platform performance, customer engagement, and service efficiency.
  5. Customer Insights & Product Development:
    • Analyze customer surveys and feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements and innovations.
    • Recommend and implement updates to the S&S website to align with strategic objectives and improve user experience.
  6. New Market Exploration:

Evaluate potential new origins for S&S services by conducting market analysis and assessing e-commerce business viability.

Job Responsibilities - Experience and Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BA), BIS, MIS or Industrial Engineering.

0 – 2 years of experience (preferred experience in business development, product management, market analysis and pricing.)
