Team Overview:

We are a dedicated Customer Service team supporting a major company based in the United States. Our team handles customer interactions primarily through live chat, WhatsApp, and emails. Our system is hybrid, offering a blend of remote and office work. We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our team. As part of our outsourcing customer service department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support mostly during night shifts to align with US business hours.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Provide prompt, accurate, and professional responses to customer inquiries.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints courteously and efficiently.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring all queries are resolved quickly and effectively.
  • Document and track customer issues using our internal systems.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to provide comprehensive support to customers.

 

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business , Marketing , Communications and any related Field. 
  • Excellent written English: Ability to write clearly and concisely, with perfect grammar and spelling.

  • Ability to work night shifts to match US business hours.

  • Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and work on all national holidays.
