CRM Executive

Job Description

 

  • Execute the CRM planning and implementation process, liaising with Tech, Creative,
  • Sales and all relevant internal channels to ensure CRM is fully aligned with the business and vice versa
  • Develop a deep nurturing flow for sophisticated B2B & B2C customer segments
  • Create new HTML email templates and modify the existing ones
  • Maintain all the CRM systems and databases required to deliver this strategy
  • Collaborate with the corporate content strategist and designers to deliver assets
  • Measure, analyse and report on results to drive actionable insights
  • Build, test, schedule and send broadcast and automated email campaigns
  • Brief engineering teams on work needed to maintain and develop CRM infrastructure

 

 

Job Requirements  

 

  • Proficiency in coding HTML based responsive email templates using CSS, media query etc.
  • Experience with at least one B2B email automation platform, ideally Pardot or CRM platforms such as Braze, Salesforce, Leanplum, Moengage etc. will be a big plus
  • Good understanding of data segmentation and automation
  • Strong understanding of the digital ecosystem, including mobile devices, experiences,and applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Arabic proficiency is a plus
  • Analytical skills - ability to interpret data and insight to drive improvement
  • Creative thinking with meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong commitment to collaboration and ideation; ability to work with writers, designers and marketing teams to bring campaign elements to life
  • 1-2 years of experience in a B2B or B2C CRM role in a digital environment and is hands-on with any marketing automation platform – Pardot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Braze, Leanplum, SendGrid, MailChimp, Oracle Responsys etc.
  • 1-2 experience of coding HTML based emails and landing pages
  • Degree in Marketing, digital technologies or similar relevant field
