LMI - Performance Analyst

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Generate daily, weekly and monthly reports summarizing LMI modalities’ performance.
  • Manage and design report templates according to the instructed guidelines by LMI Associate.
  • Interpret data and provide LMI Associate with data driven insights and action plans.
  • Work with Sales & Operations planning team to gather supply deficits across network.
  • Interact with data design team to ensure data unification and optimize current reporting methods. Ensure stable pricing across network through collaboration with Economics team.
  • Support LMI Operations with relevant data to improve on-ground operations and performance.
  • Take active measures to improve supply retention across region.
  • Maintain healthy supply status across active regions through performance management.
  • Assign the right jobs through proven scientific algorithms and minimize churn.
  • Liaise between Community Operations and LMI Operations Teams to make sure supply requirements are met.
  • Conduct the planning exercise for seasonal peaks and ensure the plan is followed through.
  • Migrate data towards business intelligence systems and build real-time dashboards.
  • Perform regular maintenance and improvements on performance dashboard according to business needs.
  • Stay up to date with latest technologies and innovations in the supply chain industry.

 

 

Job Requirements

 

  • Excellent command in English
  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or logistics.
  • Expert in Microsoft Excel.
  • Knowledge of BI Systems is a plus (Tableau, Power BI, etc). ➢ Team skills, including the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships both internally and externally.
  • Communicates ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise, and professional manner.
  • Knowledge in data collection systems or a proven ability to apply new systems effectively.
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems efficiently.
