Junior SAP Support Executive

Location -Amman  ,Jordan (JO)

Job Responsibilities  

 

  • Develop a good understanding of our SAP landscape to provide the best support possible.
  • Act as first level support to receive, validate and categorize the reported issues.
  • Logging incidents, and service requests in SAP IT Service Management system (ITSM).
  • Route or escalate the reported cases to the designated team members.
  • Follow up with our onsite and offshore support teams to ensure the resolution of reported issues within the agreed SLA.
  • Ensuring that proper procedures and approvals are in place before certain actions like user creations or projects creation are done.
  • Support the team in extracting statistical reports for audit and governance purposes.

 

Job Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT related fields
  • Knowledge in SAP is a plus
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent command in English
  • Team Player
  • Meets Deadlines
