Purpose of the Job
The Junior Creative Designer at Aramex is responsible for supporting the marketing team by creating visually appealing and effective design solutions. This role involves participating in various design projects, producing drafts and prototypes, and refining designs based on feedback to ensure they align with the company's branding and marketing goals.
This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Job Description
- Create compelling designs for Aramex and Shop & Ship campaigns, social media assets, digital ads, and internal communications.
- Translate business needs into creative visual concepts that reflect our brand identities and tone.
- Develop layouts, illustrations, icons, and branded templates to support global and regional marketing activities.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to brainstorm ideas and maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Prepare production-ready files for both print and digital channels.
- Manage multiple design requests with strong attention to detail and deadlines.
Job Requirements - Experience and Education
- 1–2 years of experience as a Creative Designer, Graphic Designer.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Working knowledge of Figma,.
- Solid understanding of brand systems, typography, color, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to translate complex logistics services into simple, clear, and engaging visuals.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- A portfolio showcasing relevant design projects (required).
- Experience creating motion graphics or short animations (After Effects or similar).
- Understanding of social media trends and experience producing content for social media platforms.
- Experience working with global brands or in fast-paced environments.
