Taking Ownership and Managing day to day CO Support Issues and ensuring smooth operation of the module.
Ensuring smooth month end closing activities with respect to SKF postings and updation of Assessment Cycles
Ensuring Data is maintained up to date in the system with regards to Validations/FAGL/OKB9/Fleet&Spot etc.
Enusring Quality system is updated with Production up to date.
Ensuring Mapping sheet and other files are updated in Shared server.
Support New Projects and Models across network
Enhancing the current validation rules with respect to Operations/G&A postings
Calculating Cost per Shipment across major Aramex Stations and provide better clarity on the cost drivers & products.
Support in Top Customer Profitability exercise
Contribute to successful project execution through effective planning, coordination, stakeholder management, and follow-up on key deliverables.
Job Requirements - Experience and Education
- Bachelors degree in finance, business or any related field
- Experience 0-3 years of experience in the same field
- Detail oriented & Expert in Excel.
- Team player
- Good communication skills & Excellent Command in English
- Preferable Experience in Sap
