Inside Business Partner Leader

Job Description :


  • Set the weekly plan for the team to ensure effective sales and business development activities.
  • Daily follow up on every IBP’s activities ensuring the right deployment for better result.
  • Handles customer’s escalations.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and challenges.
  • Report market needs and challenges to the regional LT manager on weekly basis.
  • Report competitors’ actions (Price, new services, new processes, expansions, etc.)
  • Develop and maintain strong relationship with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure best sales practices to meet customer needs and expectations and capitalize on growth.
  • Enhance customer loyalty by delivering customized tailored solutions.
  • Ensure a healthy balance of revenue growth from organic and new business generation based on proper customer profiling. 
  • Regularly reviewing customer performance and targets to ensure coming up with plans to help achieve and exceed targets set.
  • Support credit collection activities.



Job Requirements:


  • Fluency of Arabic & English language skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Good communication skills (Written and Verbal)
  • A minimum of 3 – 5 years sales experience.
  • Marketing background is a plus.
  • Fluency of Arabic & English language skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or any other related field.
