IT Executive

Purpose of the Job

Perform all IT related tasks (software / hardware/ networking) within the country

Job Description

  • Continuously support and address all country employee’s IT technical issues including branch visits across the country.
  • Resolve all employee's Helpdesk requests.
  • Assist Aramex clients with setting up e-tools including client visits.
  • Arrange for any new hardware/software requests.
  • Create and manage user accounts and access permissions.
  • Maintain local servers and Server room infrastructure .
  • Ensure implementation of the latest software security patches and updates.
  • Follow up with all internet connections and ISP providers.
  • Maintain all network infrastructure.
  • Responsible for the Backup solution.

       Qualification / Capabilities

  • Bachelor’s Degree in computer engineering/Information Systems/computer science.
  • English Proficiency.
  • Basic Knowledge of networks.
  • Basic Knowledge of Windows server roles and features.
  • Basic Knowledge of virtualization.
  • Basic Knowledge of SQL DB.
  • Good knowledge of computer maintenance and end-user support.
  • Communication and problem-solving skills
  • IP Telephony is a plus.
  • A+ is a plus.
  • CCNA is a plus.
  • MCSA is a plus.
  • Car is a plus.
