Purpose of the Job

Job Description

• Continuously support and address all country employee’s IT issues
• Resolve all employee Help desk within the time frame
• Assist Aramex clients upon setting up e-tools
• Implement department strategy to achieve IT station’s goal
• Send new hardware/software request to procurement department
• Create and manage user accounts and access permissions.
• Maintain local servers (lync, avaya, etc.) and responsible for local data centre.
• Ensure implementation of latest software security patches and updates
• Follow up with internet and telecom providers
• Run scheduled antivirus and resolve threats immediately as it occur

       Qualification / Capabilities

• Bachelor’s Degree in computer engineer/Information Systems/computer science.
• English Proficiency.
• Basic Knowledge in networks.
• Basic Knowledge of Windows server roles and features.
• Basic Knowledge of virtualization.
• Basic Knowledge of Database
• Good knowledge in computer maintenance and end user support.
• Communication and problem-solving skills
• IP Telephony is a plus.
• A+ is a plus.
• CCNA is a plus.
• MCSA is a plus
