Facilities Supervisor

Purpose of the Job

Job Description

  • Assists in facilitating internal and external customers’ requests
  • Supervises facilities within a station and Facilitate Work order, work requests from Departments in line with operational need.
  • Assist BIE, Legal and HSE with internal and external audits
  • Help implement Corporate Processes and procedures in line with CFM approval
  • Supervise in-house and external maintenance teams
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve its objectives
  • Assists in audit work and Planned Preventive Maintenance schedule for all sites.
  • Facilitate the flow of information between teams and managers.
  • Supervise third party service providers, their AMCs and approve annual reports 
  • Ensure FM scope is maintained • Supervises facilities within station
  • Ensure FM process and procedures are adhered to by the teams on the ground and service providers.
  • Supervise FM teams internal or external 
  • Supervise projects for facilities.
  • Supervise venders and provide assessment of their performance 
  • Help facilitate work flow and ensure efficient operations
  • Highlight cost conservation efforts to direct manager and compares financial proposals. 
  • Assist in identifying systems specification and their maintenance plans
  • Review stock levels. 
  • Help reduce energy consumption

The JD Requirements and Qualifications as following:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or any related field.
  2. 1-2 years of related experience in facility management and maintenance.
  3. Certifications of FM is a MUST.
  4. Certifications of OHS is preferably.
  5. Advanced skills with ACAD.
  6. Proficiency in MS Office.
  7. Industrial and/or construction sites background is a MUST.
  8. Excellent written and verbal communication.
  9. Must be a self-starter, proactive, flexible, and deadline focused.
  10. General knowledge of FM Global regulations and NFPA (will be preferred)
  11. Good command of English.
