Purpose of the Job

Job Description

• Connect with business teams to gather, understand, and document business requirements in user stories.
• Maintain and manage a well-organized product backlog.
• Prioritize tasks and user stories based on business value and urgency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and smooth delivery.
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure solutions are delivered on time and meet business requirements.
• Conduct QA testing to validate delivered solutions against defined requirements.
• Provide ongoing support and close cases in a timely manner.
• Investigate system issues and collaborate with relevant teams to deliver effective fixes.

Job Requirements - Experience and Education

• Proficiency in SQL.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
• Effective time management and ability to prioritize competing tasks.
• 3–5 years of experience in business analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in related field.
