Customer Success Executive

.

1. Greet customers and assist them with  the shipping or services they need.

2. Provide  explanations to customers.

3. Answer customer questions and provide information or solutions to their problems.

4. Take customer orders and process payments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

5. Maintain knowledge of current promotions or sales incentives and effectively communicate them to customers.

6. Arrange displays and merchandise products in an appealing and organized manner.

7. Inventory management, including restocking shelves and checking for expired or damaged products.

8. Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and resolve them to the best of your ability.

9. Cargowise and salesforce.

10.quote express , freight , domestic  shipments and follow up until it arrives , close the case with client , invoice the shipment .

 

Requirements:

1.Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, communication and any related field.

2. Excellent communication skills

3.Sales techniques

4. Team work
