Purpose of the Job

Job Description

Will ultimately be responsible for leading the development and execution of several creative campaigns in parallel.
The role currently reports to the Creative Director.
Creating and delivering a distinct visual world across all touchpoints - culminating in a best in class set of visual and brand guidelines.
Leading creative concepting and campaign development across paid, owned and earned channels (Partnerships, Activations, Retail Experiences, Film, Social, Digital, PR, Web etc).
Directing external and internal production teams to deliver seasonal campaigns (with project-management support from the Marketing Managers).
Executing in-house production for ad hoc content creation.
Guiding an internal team of creatives, including junior and mid-weight designers
toward consistent, high-impact results.
Generate clear ideas and concepts in tandem with the copywriters.
Liaising with the Digital team to regularly review all creative output.
Consistent research and understanding of new trends, creative innovation, marketing inspiration - share monthly with the wider marketing team.3

Create and manage the overall design and visual style for websites, ad campaigns, photoshoots and commercial film productions. 
Study creative briefs and determine requirements.

Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.
Define the visual direction of a campaign and photoshoots .
Produce sketches, storyboards, roughs to visualize ideas.
Ensure that all creation and delivery of content is in line with the brand messaging and tone.

Job Requirements - Experience and Education

Proven track record in creating and executing compelling brand campaigns across multiple channels.
Photography skills for inhouse production requirements.
Comfortable managing and nurturing creatives in-house and externally when required.
Big picture thinker with strong attention to detail.
Persuasive and articulate when it comes to directing or presenting, inspiring confidence and trust in colleagues.
Hands on and self-motivated.
Extensive experience in art direction and graphic design (min. 5 years experience in a creative or in-house agency).
Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.

Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, with a proven ability to translate concepts into compelling visual designs.
