Purpose of the Job

The Corporate Operations Leader at Aramex is responsible for driving operational efficiency and excellence across the organization by developing, implementing, and optimizing business processes. This role requires a strategic mindset to lead cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with corporate goals while managing day-to-day operations, improving service delivery, and supporting the continuous growth of the organization

Job Description

  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance middle mile KPIs and address operational gaps across Aramex stations.
  • Analyze data on actual performance against target and provide action plan to solve problems and improve processes.
  • Ensure that operational teams globally adhere to SOPs.
  • Manage projects from concept to execution, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Leads process improvement initiatives and drives adoption of new SOPs and systems.
  • Work closely with the digital transformation team to align the Middle-mile digital transformation plan with all network stations. 
  • Builds, coaches, and develops high-performing teams
  • Conducts regular performance reviews and provides constructive, actionable feedback.
  • Conduct thorough research to support the feasibility and potential impact of new ideas.
  • Background in data visualization using BI tools is a plus

Job Requirements - Experience and Education

  • Bachelor’s in industrial engineering.
  • 3-5 Years of experience.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Excellent knowledge in Microsoft office.
  • Analytical and problem-solving Skills.
  • Excellent leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Interpersonal and communication skills.
