Job Description


  • Work within Aramex global support office overseeing and supporting Aramex stations to achieve service excellence based on Aramex standard procedure.
  • Lead the implementation of the Last-mile strategy and digital transformation through the network in the regional office and Operations managers in each Country. 
  • Work side by side with the digital transformation team to align the Last-mile digital transformation plan with all network stations. 
  • Provide day-to-day Follow-up and support to the Last-Mile organization with a keen eye toward operational excellence, leveraging systems and processes to maximize the operations' efficiency and productivity. 
  • Statistical/Analytical skills to go through Data, study trends, KPIs.
  • Computer skills to use Data Analysis to design and build reports to the stations
  • Have an interest in researching new technologies, tools to improve operational performance
  • Being able to manage projects that involve multiple teams, departments, stakeholders.
  • Develop and achieve essential delivery performance and quality metrics of the last mile


Job Requirements

  • Interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Bachelors in Industrial engineering or logistics.
