Corporate Operations Executive

Job description


  • Monitor operational performance for the region and provide solutions to help stations improve their performance.
  • Continuous improvement of service performance, transit time expectation, and network costing through various types of analytical studies.
  • Train operational resources at stations on new solutions & systems.
  • Design products & solutions in response to business needs in coordination with all stakeholders like IT, Finance …etc.
  • Design and optimize routing of business from and to the region in coordination with other operations teams (hubs, stations…etc.).
  • Work on feasibility studies and service level comparisons to identify the optimum routes for specific destinations (based on service level and cost).
  • Manage service integrators invoices (other courier companies) by reviewing service levels, rate differences, weight discrepancies and filing disputes if any.  
  • Review cost elements and help provide cost efficient rates to stations to help them gain and maintain business.
  • Review service providers’ proposals, run simulations to evaluate these offers (rates, timelines, products …etc.).


Job Requirements


  • Good communication skills
  •  Excellent command of English
  •  Good Microsoft office skills
  •  Bachelors in Business, Industrial engineering or MIS
