Purpose of the Job
Manage and maintain an optimized reliable air & land network that is cost competitive for different Express products. Sustain relationships with service providers. Manage Linehaul Cost for Aramex stations.
Job Description
- Plan and manage capacity for both air and land linehaul utilized by Aramex stations and representatives globally.
- Evaluate current service routes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement, and develop optimization strategies using data analytics to enhance route performance
- Oversee linehaul (shipping) cost management for Aramex stations and hubs.
- Conduct cost reporting and analyze any sudden rate fluctuations.
- Represent Aramex in negotiations with airlines worldwide for linehaul procurement and establish strategic partnerships with service providers.
- Ensure high service levels for customers by addressing and resolving discrepancies with service providers.
