Corporate Operations Executive - Linehaul and Routing

Location -Amman  ,Jordan (JO)

Job Description:

  • Scheduled reporting for different parties (pricing, concerned stations/hubs and management) pointing out rates changes or performance deviation.
  • Helping accounting team in settling any billing challenges with stations.
  • Running tools to better identify unexpected cost variations to be addressed and tackled.
  • Reviewing and finding out service deviations / weaknesses across the network and set the best rectification plan/method to fix and maintain service levels.
  • Explore any opportunity to reduce and save on linehaul cost for both hubs and stations through regular rate negotiations and routing improvements.
  • Maintaining strong relationship with main service providers to ensure better access to both capacity and rates. 
  • Liaising with other main teams (IT, pricing, Business development) to and initiating new ones. And coming up with non-conventional routing solutions to overcome facilitate serving existing products competitive challenges in offered service. 


Job Requirements:

  • Good communication skills.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Team spirit.
  • Ability to work morning and night shifts.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial engineering, or relevant.
