Corporate Customer Experience Executive

Job Responsibilities

  • Customer journey understanding and prioritization
  • Analyzing secondary research on customer journeys and personas
  • Conducting primary research with customers and employees to acquire insights on the customer personas and journeys
  • Developing a solid understanding of as is customer journeys and mapping customer touchpoints and underlying backend processes on a dedicated platform or blueprint
  • Identifying opportunities for improvements and experience gaps
  • Working with stakeholders on prioritizing journey roadmaps and across customer journeys
  • Coordinating with Journey Management Lead the design of the customer journey health measurement framework
  • Coordinating with Experience Design, Customer Solutions, Marketing and Business Technology efforts to address customer experience gaps
  • Daily monitoring of customer journeys health including communication with local and global stakeholders to improve customer experience
  • Analyzing and creating monthly and quarterly reports around customer journey insights


Job Skills


  • Experience in Logistics or planning tower preferred
  • Understanding of end-to-end customer journey
  • Highly adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good analytical skills
  • Ability to organize large amounts of data
  • Excellent commad in english
  • Bachelors degree in logistics, Industrial engineering or any relevant field

  • Good communication skills

  • Team player
