Community Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities:


  • Communicate with and assist LMI Stakeholders over E-mail.
  • Communicate with and assist LMI Stakeholders over the phone.
  • Communicate with and assist Spot Locations over Whatsapp.
  • Assist the LMI team with launching Fleet and Spot across the globe.
  • Follow up on any lost Cash by a Fleeter or a Spot location till it is resolved.
  • Follow up on any shipment lost by a Fleeter or a Spot location and investigate it till resolved.
  • Follow up on any consignee complaint filed against a Fleeter or a Spot location till it is resolved.
  • Conduct Prepaid checking procedures globally and on a random basis to solidify confidence in our Fleeters.
  • Stay updated with latest on-goings of Fleeters as a community and resolve their issues.
  • Follow up on complications and issues that emerged due to LMI stakeholders’ actions and fully resolve them.
  • Inspect and review new Fleet and Spot signups for approval.
  • Arrange and conduct training sessions for Fleeters globally depending on supply needs.
  • Share communications regarding LMI Modalities involving updates and community outreach for all stakeholders.
  • Process payments for all LMI Stakeholders and resolve any issues related to payments.
  • Collect data and compile profiles on Fleeters for analysis by the LMI Analytics.
  • Conduct re-engagement efforts as directed by the LMI Operations and Analytics team to raise fulfillment.
  • Support other functions in parallel with regular duties.



Job Requirements:


  • Communicates ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise, and professional manner.
  •  Expert in Microsoft Excel.
  • Team skills, including the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships both internally and externally.
  • Knowledge in data collection systems or a proven ability to apply new systems effectively
  •  Ability to analyze and solve problems efficiently
  • High work ethic.
  • Flexibility, versatility, and dependability.
  • Great communication skills to be able to deliver the right message across to different parties in any given scenario.
  •  Ability to thrive in a challenging working atmosphere.
