Purpose of the Job

The CRM Specialist will play a key role in commercial structure maintenance through CRM system governance of the customer journey, including providing technical support in Salesforce to implement and manage system changes effectively.

  • Technical Architect
  • Support backend changes in Salesforce, including configuration, customization, and system updates.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance in applying backend modifications.

 

  • System Governance
  • Promptly action requests in the ticketing system to meet SLAs.
  • Maintain operational efficiency and support high-quality service delivery.

 

  • Data Integrity
  • Maintain data integrity through mapping and cleansing activities.
  • Enhance data quality by removing duplicates, outdated, or inaccurate records.

Align data with business processes and enforce data governance standards.

Job Requirements - Experience and Education

    • Bachelor’s degree in any related field
    • Possession of a “Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I” is required
    • Up to 3 years of relevant professional experience preferred
    • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Salesforce technical support/development
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Customer-focused mindset with keen attention to detail
    • Experience in report writing is desirable
    • Ability to collaborate across functions on a global scale
    • Proficiency in English required
