Purpose of the Job

Maximize sales and support in identifying growth potentials by maintaining and developing relationships with customers and acquire new customers to achieve revenue growth.

 

Job Description

  • Ensure building a strong relationship with the customer.
  • Manage existing customers: maintaining strong relationships with them through providing high level of services in accordance to Aramex standards.
  • Achieve set targets and productivity KPIs.
  • Generate sales leads and acquire new customers.
  • Generate revenue from cross-selling and up-selling by promoting Aramex products / services to customers.
  • Complete the required number of customers visits.
  • Ensure KPI’s are met (target, visits, opportunities, number of new accounts).
     

          Qualification / Capabilities

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any other related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills
  • Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • English language is required.
