CMT Executive




  • Greet customers and assist them with the shipping or services they need.
  • Provide explanations to customers.
  • Answer customer questions and provide information or solutions to their problems.
  • Take customer orders and process payments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain knowledge of current promotions or sales incentives and effectively communicate them to customers.
  • Inventory management, including restocking shelves and checking for expired or damaged products.
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and resolve them to the best of your ability.
  • quote express, freight, domestic shipments and follow up until it arrives, close the case with client, invoice the shipment. 
  • Develop and maintain an effective relationship with existing customers.
  • Gain new customers.
  • Coordinate with operations / CS to satisfy customers’ needs.
  • Report competitor’s activities to the sales manager.
  • Insure KPIs are met (targets, visits, opportunities, number of new accounts)
  • Ensure privacy and confidentiality of customer data in line with the company data security policies Reporting any information that might impact company image, brand, or functioning.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve its objectives.
  • Fulfil the customer’s needs and ensure high quality of service delivery.
  • Visit customers in their assigned (geographical) areas.
  • Grow existing customers and migrate them into higher value tiers.
  • Keep record of customer visits and update the CRM system regularly.
  • Cross sell and upsell.
  • Gain new business.
  • Prepare proposal and quotations to customers.
  • Promote Aramex service to customers.
  • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data updated in the CRM system.
  • Create and regularly update a prospect plan to know where to focus to gain new clients.
  • Ensure having valid customer contracts and ensure they are renewed on time.



  • bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, communication, and any related field.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Sales techniques
  •  Teamwork
  • Car is required for outdoor visits.
  • Cargo wise and salesforce is a plus.
