Business Technology Executive

Job Description 


  • Take ownership of the reported issues on Aramex online channels by the customers or internal stakeholders and troubleshoot them.
  • Work closely with the IT teams to solve the reported issues on Aramex online channels.
  • Gather business requirements from different stakeholders and shape them in a clear way to deliver them to the IT team.
  • Cooperate with other stakeholders if needed to troubleshoot the issues.
  • Do a continuous testing on the online channels whenever there is a new release and report the issues to the concerned teams.
  • Follow up on all the issues with the teams to make sure they’re solved in a timely manner.
  • Assist in the analysis needed to be conducted regularly on the digital channels.
  • Conduct Training sessions for the internal users globally on Aramex digital channels.
  • Cooperate with the marketing team and other stakeholders in updating and translating the training materials of Aramex digital channels.


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, MIS or Business.
  • Excellent command Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent command in English; writing, speaking and reading.
  • Well organized.
  • Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work with teams.
