The Quality Assurance Leader is responsible for overseeing and improving quality processes, ensuring compliance with company standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations. This role leads quality initiatives, manages audits, drives continuous improvement, and supports operational excellence across the organization.
Job Description
- Lead and manage the Quality Assurance function and team.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality standards, procedures, and policies.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures, industry regulations, and customer requirements.
- Monitor quality performance through KPIs, reports, and data analysis.
- Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits and inspections.
Job Requirements - Experience and Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Management roles.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of quality systems and audit processes.
- Experience with quality standards (ISO standards or equivalent is a plus).
