Purpose of the Job

  • Maintain and leverage station quality of service provided to customers, while ensuring operational optimization and process efficiency that would reflect positively on the customer experience

 

Job Responsibilities 

  • Help in meeting external customer’s specific requirements through creating customized customers’ SOPs and KPIs.
  • Participate in external audits related to Quality, Safety and Environment or other areas if assigned by station manager,
  • Follow up on third party audits’ findings and ensure implementation of detected corrective actions.
  •  Participate in improvement projects in coordination with PEX Leader/Manager and other internal and external stakeholders
  • To enhance the functional knowledge and experience of internal policies and procedures published on the Infohub.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve its objectives
  • Help in maintaining an up to date documentation of local policies and procedures, including customers’ SOPs
  • Work with corporate business improvement team to map out, analyze and redesign business/operational processes, thus ensuring improvements, efficiencies and cost-effective service delivery.
  • Review all performance KPIs and reports that are published on the BIE Dashboard with the

concerned teams at station and make sure to set corrective actions to meet targets and enhance performance at all times.

  • To ensure adherence to all the service standards, policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance to international standards through maintaining ‘and acquiring’ certification. Namely the following certificates: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, and TISSE.
  • Ensure policies are adhered to in order to reduce compensation amounts
  • Maintaining certification as per customers’ requirements to help attract new business and retain current customers.

 

 

 

    

 

 

Job Requirements (Experience and education)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quality or related Business field.
  • Knowledge in general in Len Management 6 sigma, ISO Quality
  • 2 Years’ experience in Quality or related Business field.
  • Ability to deal with sensitive information in a confidential manner
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required
  • English Proficiency
  • MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Power Point & Outlook
  • Time management skills
  • Problem Solving
  • Team spirit & team work.
