Sea Freight Customs Clearance Officer (Alex)

Location-Alexandria  ,Egypt (EG)

Job Description:


  • Arrange with customer for pre alerts and review docx before start clearance process
  • Make follow up with vendors and updates customer using phones and Emails
  • Make daily updates using excel reports to customer
  • Using aramex cargo wise system for updating and create new shipments
  • Contact truckers for transportation and arrange needed reports from them and collect their invoices
  • Close the shipments by issue job costing sheet with its related receipts


Job Requirements:

  • 2 - 3 Years’ experience in Customs Clearance is a Must
  • Excellent Communication skills.
  • Fluent English
  • Time-management, assertive nature and the ability to manage multiple activities at a time.
  • Details oriented
  • Microsoft office (Excel ) highly needed
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
