Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for managing air freight team daily operations 

• Handle full set of cargo procedures and activities 

• Liaise and build strong relationships with airline and co-loader 

• Communicate with CS team and sales team to achieve a smooth operation process 

• Prepare and consolidate regular reports for management review 

• Ad hoc projects as assigned 

Job Requirements: 

• Degree or above in logistics/supply chain management or related disciplines 

• Minimum 10 years’ work experience in freight forwarding industry, especially worked with reputable top forwarders 

• Good command of MS Office application and Chinese word processing 

• Excellent in verbal and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin 

• Strong communication and negotiation skills to cope with airlines and other parties 

• Reliable, independent, initiative, responsible, team work and detail-minded 

• Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment 

• Immediate available is highly preferred
